Warranty & Return Policy
- Products sold on our sites carry a minimum of 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
- All products, if defective due to error of manufacturing will either be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer if returned within the period covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be preceded by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number request.
- Depending on manufacturer, where a product is returned and a replacement or repair is effected, the warranty period is still tied to the date of the original invoice.
- For products like batteries and battery packs and all battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and it is not an indication of defect. Please do not send in your battery for replacement. All batteries for Laptops, Netbooks, Power Tools and Camera are sold accompanied with battery maintenance tips. They should be followed to ensure battery longevity.
- Physical damage, for example, liquid spillage, excessive force resulting in breakages to screens, keyboard, other control mechanism or device movable parts, Virus infections, CMOS Bios flashing errors , software and application errors, errors incurred due to improper installations or misuse should be referred to your technical support personnel. Where these products are sent to us, repair or replacement will carry applicable fees. Please see our repair fee schedule here. Fire and flood should be referred to your property insurance company.
- We asked that all request for warranty returns be accompanied by photocopies of original proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot treat returns that do not come with proof of purchase. Buyer must pay for the return of defective product to the manufacturer/Vendor. Request may be made for a refund of the shipping fee and the refund can only be made at the manufacturer/Vendor discretion.
- For all items that you wish to return due to wrong ordering, we will only accept these returns under the following conditions.
Product must be in original packaging and must not have been opened. ‘We do not restock open boxes’ please read manufacturer specs about the product of your interest very carefully before making your purchases. You can also avail of several product review sites to ensure that you buy the right products for your need.
Returns must be accompanied with photocopies of original proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. All returns due to errors of ordering will carry a 20% restocking fee. Our acceptance of returns that are due to wrong ordering is not an obligation. We may only exchange, or issue credit at our discretion.
Categorically, we do not accept returns for software products. All return request for software products must be directed to the vendor of the respective product. If software was distributed electronically, it is not returnable once download has taken place. Important. Please ensure that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, Moreover, only use a shipper that will provide you with tracking and proof of delivery.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN, WILL SELLER; A1TECHNOLOGIES, ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS, SUBCONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
(A) ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, REVENUES OR SAVINGS , EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE OTHERWISE FORESEEABLE, IN EACH CASE, WHETHER A CLAIM FOR ANY SUCH LIABILITY IS PREMISED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
(B) ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS AGAINST CUSTOMER BY ANY THIRD PARTY
(C) ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CUSTOMER'S IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY CONCLUSIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS BY SELLER OR ITS AFFILIATES BASED ON, RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR
(D) ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUC T FOR USE OR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY LIABILITY INCURRED BY SELLER OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
